However, keeping following your ex will never help you with your broken heart and it will keep reminding you things about him / her. And staying friends after breaking up hardly works properly. If you are serious about getting rid of the pain of your broken heart, you must stop following him / her.

2. Find Something To Keep Your Mind Away From Him/Her

What we mean by that is not surely having another boy or girl in your life! Stop being sad and depressed in your room and get out to find something to do that will keep you busy. What are your hobbies and the things you enjoy to do? Maybe you can start a past time activity, maybe you can exercise or you can start an activity that you would enjoy. Doing this will make you feel better as it will boost your confidence.

3. Spend Time With Your Friends And Family

This is a period that you will need help from your friends and family. Spend some time with them, talk to them and tell them about how you feel. Go outside with your friends, share your feelings and listen to their advices. Good friends will always be with you, will support and help you during this difficult period.
